Charcuterie Boards have been around for hundreds of years and are used primarily as a serving trays for meats, cheeses, and bread. My Random board is comprised of Cherry, Walnut, and Hard Maple and measures 13" long,  9" wide, and a half inch thick. All edges are rounded over and the surface is sanded smooth and mineral oil is applied.
